1. Prairie & Pier Is a Marketplace Platform

Prairie & Pier ("we," "us," "our") operates a curated online marketplace connecting buyers with independent Texas-based sellers ("Vendors"). We are not the seller of record for any item listed on the platform. Each Vendor is solely responsible for their listings, product descriptions, accuracy, legality, and fulfillment of orders.

By listing a product on Prairie & Pier, Vendors agree that:

3. Buyer Acknowledgment

By purchasing on Prairie & Pier, buyers acknowledge that each purchase is a transaction directly with the individual Vendor. Prairie & Pier facilitates payments but is not a party to the sale contract. Product warranties, return policies, and disputes are between buyers and Vendors. Prairie & Pier will assist in good faith to resolve disputes but is not liable for Vendor conduct.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on Prairie & Pier under any circumstances:

Prairie & Pier reserves the right to remove any listing and terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prairie & Pier is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between buyers and Vendors, including but not limited to product defects, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees we collected in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from use of Prairie & Pier shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for resolution of any such dispute.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prairie & Pier after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
